With a combined total of over 50 years of experience in mental healthcare, accreditation procedures, and education, the managing members of Viable Solutions can provide your organization with the guidance and support that is necessary to achieve CARF, COA and TJC accreditation.

 

Jamie Wyble, M.S.W., L.C.S.W. — Jamie has spent the last 24 years as an innovative clinician caring for the most severely mentally ill. Jamie has founded and developed numerous agencies that focus on providing counseling services in the areas of mental health, substance abuse, and parent training. He has been a sought after clinician, consultant, and speaker for numerous national, state, and local mental health and substance abuse organizations. With numerous years experience working with agencies going through accreditation, Jamie has become recognized as a leading expert in the development of comprehensive policies and procedures.

Jamie is a graduate from Louisiana State University with a Masters in Social Work and is licensed as a clinical social worker. Jamie resides in Baton Rouge, Louisiana with his wife and their daughter.

 
 

Mark D. Viator, Ph.D., L.P.C., — Mark possesses over 26 years of experience as an educator, counselor, and consultant. He holds a doctorate degree in behavioral science from the University of San Jose and is a licensed professional and nationally certified counselor. Mark has successfully worked with and led numerous organizations ranging from mental health services to universities through professional accreditation. He is a recognized expert in the areas of performance management and assessment.

Mark has served as a high-school teacher, counselor, college administrator, and professor of psychology. He has been an invited presenter, guest lecturer, and keynote speaker at numerous conferences, workshops, and universities throughout the United States and Central America. Mark and his wife, reside in Prairieville, Louisiana with their three children.
